Why Hydration is Critical for Swimmers

Because you're surrounded by water, it's easy to forget that you are sweating. Intense swimming can lead to significant fluid loss, which can cause cramping, fatigue, and decreased performance.

Tip: Drink 200-400ml of water or sports drink for every 30 minutes of active swimming.
